Some treatments, such as tinting, may require a patch test to be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date. You will be notified of this when you book. Please note that failure to attend a free patch test will result in your planned treatment not being able to be carried out. Patch tests are imperative for your own health and safety and they only take a few minutes.

To make the most out of your appointments, we ask that you always arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time. We're very fortunate to be able to offer our clients free parking right outside our front door.

Appointments over 3 hours will require a 50% deposit to secure a booking.

Please note that some appointment durations include time for undressing and dressing.

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments, however we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide us with sufficient notice will result in a 50% cancellation charge. “No shows” will result in the above and a 50% deposit to secure your next appointment.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel or change an appointment without giving us 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with other clients on our waiting list. Confirm appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment by text, please understand if we are unable to reach you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment times and date.

We understand it can be hard to find childcare to cover your appointments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but to ensure a safe and relaxing treatment for all clients and staff we ask you not to bring your children to appointments where your eyes will be closed for the duration or you will not be able to easily get to them if they need you.
